This study aims to determine changes in the morphology, number, and diameter of Langerhans Islets cells White Sprague Dawley rats with diabetes mellitus after treatment ethyl acetate fraction synom lime honey mixture. is an experimental which divided into 5 groups, control group (negative positive control), induced by alloxan were then given mixed sinom, lime, a dose 50; 100; 150; 200 mg/kg. The histopathological features observed HE staining. results statistical tests on average number at 150 mg/kg BW showed significant difference (p0.05) from other doses, as well observation morphology islets best regeneration drink. Lime are characterized increase size Langerhans, uniform endocrine cell shape almost normal spherical nucleus. Gambaran histopatologi diamati pewarnaan HE.

departments. Even then, we doubt that the quality of data gleaned would justify the cost incurred. We fail to see that the quality of information gathered by using the point-radius method would be an improvement over our suggestion. In our original article, we suggested using sets of standardized questions that are tailored to a given vector-borne disease. We also indicated that a critical mini...

Cloning and characterization of Sel-1l, a murine homolog of the C. elegans sel-1 gene
The Notch signaling pathway regulates specification and proliferation in a variety of cell lineages in invertebrates and vertebrates. We have cloned a murine homolog of SEL-1, a key negative regulator of the Notch pathway in Caenorhabditis elegans. Murine SEL-1L (mSEL-1L) protein exhibits a high degree of similarity to SEL-1, including a signal peptide and the C-terminal region required for SEL...
